International IBA meet in Denver

Event Dates: "Denver 2014" will be held August 20-23, 2014.

Based on the emails that have been piling up here, there is a lot of excitement building about the National Meet. The team has assembled all the speakers and activities, the hotel is ready to take our reservations, Warchild has agonized over the webpage and finally ironbuttrecords is just a few days from being able to accept your registration.

So this is a Premier Member heads up for you to keep your eyes open for the announcement. We want to make sure you all are able to attend but due to the clamoring crowds, the exclusive registration period is only 5 days. So you'll have 120 hours to log in to your ironbuttrecords account to get first choice of all the fantastic rides and activities.

and for those of you with sharp eyes, yes, the hotel link is live, you can start booking rooms if you want a leg up on everyone else (and you do want to book them as soon as possible) - our block runs the 19th through the 24th.

If I sound excited, it's because I am. The attendance at the Bike Week dinner and the great group of people who assembled there was just off the charts so I know that this Meet is going to be amazing. Many of our riders who live as far away as South Africa, Australia and the UK, have already made their plane reservations. If your calendar doesn't allow you to spend the extra days on the road, by all means consider buying a plane ticket instead. Lisa's ticket to Denver via Southwest Airlines cost less than the gas for her bike. We've also been asked about transportation to the hotel from Denver International and she will send out the mass transit route planning link that will take you just a block from the hotel for only a few dollars.

So No Excuses here riders! This is one event where I finally get to spend a lot of time socializing - I hope to see all our Premier members in Denver!

I am beyond happy to announce that Premier registration for the 2014 IBA InterNational Meet is finally ready and OPEN!!

Based on the hotel reservations already in from our Premier advance notice letter last week, with over 50% of our room block already sold, I know this is going to be THE event of the year. Some days of the room block will sell out at the host hotel and we are working on making other hotel rooms available nearby. As Premier Members you have been given first shot at host hotel rooms but if a date is unavailable, change the dates on your reservation request and try again. Then let Lisa know your preferences and she'll give you some direction. She can be reached at
